Short-term Mission Trips for Youth
Looking to take your youth group on a life-changing adventure? Take your teens on a short-term mission trip as a volunteer for one of our Host organizations. We'll help you along the way to prepare spiritually and logistically. We are short-term mission experts and can answer your questions about passports, shots, flights, food and everything involved in a trip.

Promote Global Awareness and Social Justice
Youth have been called the future of the world. But the truth is, the youth are the world. Teens have the ability to make a stand and create a voice for those who go unheard by their every action. This is why it is so important to promote global awareness to our youth. We all need to understand different cultures to discover that we are all part of the global community and must support each other.

The Orant Process
• Plan. Let us use our international travel experience to help you. You won't have the added stress of organizing a mission trip, we'll do that. We work with our hosts to arrange in-country travel, food, housing and volunteer opportunities.

• Inform. Each traveler will receive a travel packet for that destination. The packet will include everything you need to know about traveling internationally and going on a short-term mission trip. Each Youth Minster will receive a team leader packet that will have more detailed information about your Host and their location, reflection questions and fund raising information.

• Prepare. We will organize team meetings before the trip that will provide your teens with spiritual formation and cultural information. We will give a presentation about your Host organization and the culture they live in.

• Support. It is important during the journey to allow for reflection on the day's adventures. We will organize team and personal prayer and reflection time each evening of the trip.

• Share. About a week after the trip, we will host a team meeting to help in the re-entry process that will allow for reflection and team and community sharing. This part of the trip is possibly one of the most crucial. This will give your teens the opportunity to share their experiences with their community and challenge them to live out their experience in daily life.
